It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient will be available on the date of delivery. If not there, UPS will leave the package.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to supply us with the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. An address change will come with a $11.00 penalty and no guarantee of a timely delivery.

We comply with UPS shipping rules and guidelines. The cancellation of an order must take place at least 24 hours before the shipping date. If an order does not arrive on time, the customer must contact our offices within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Holiday shipments and shipments that are subject to inclement weather may arrive later in the day.
